Zedric’s has miraculously managed to combine healthy meal prep with gourmet flavors to create healthy, chef-prepared meals that are ready-to-eat for people on-the-go in our great city of San Antonio.
Welcome to the Zedric’s revolution.
And by that we mean we have 3 locations, in 3 different areas of San Antonio, all easily accessible via motor transportation and in some cases, by foot. Our locations stay stocked with ready-to-eat meals made fresh daily, available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snack time. Grab your meals to go or take a load off and enjoy them in-store. Either way, you’re getting a quick, delicious, healthy meal that will leave you satisfied and regret-free. If you can’t stop in, or driving’s not really your thing, we offer meal delivery to our fine San Antonio folks.

Did you know Chef Zach Lutton was almost Dr. Lutton? Though he comes from a family of doctors, his exposure to various tastes and exotic cuisine at a young age sparked his interest in all things culinary; fascinated by all aspects. Chef Zach did eventually go on to attend pre-med school, however, his passion never wavered. While in school he worked in various kitchens and restaurants, in every position imaginable. Realizing medical school wasn’t for him, he left the university, returned to his hometown of San Antonio and begin pursuing his career as a chef.
From working with award-winning Chef Bruce Auden at Biga On The Banks, to working as a production chef at Central Market, Chef Zach learned from the best before deciding to attend the renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Now highly experienced and knowledgeable, Chef Zach once again returned home, this time fully equipped to take the San Antonio food scene by storm. After creating a meal prep business in his own home and building a clientele list that grew beyond his capacity as a one-man show, Chef Zach enlisted the help of his brother and mother to create San Antonio’s premier spot for delicious, healthy, chef-prepared meals: Zedric’s. Eight years and three locations later, Zedric’s continues to grow and serve the community by providing healthy, flavorful meal options that benefit everyone from families with busy schedules, workaholics with little downtime, to athletes looking to properly fuel their bodies - we offer something for everyone.
